Shipping policy

Ordering Information:

To place an order from KATZe, you will need to register an account here. You can sign up right now or when you hit the check out button. By doing so, your details will be saved for your convenience in future. You may also track your past orders as well as opt to receive benefits such as weekly newsletter updates, exclusive discounts and special offers. Please note that your order in your shopping bag is not secured until you have completed the check out process.

 

Mode of payment:

We accept payment via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, and online banking.

 

Shipping & Delivery:

All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days after payment verification via Local Registered Postage.

How many days for an items to reach me?

1 – 5 working days for Malaysia orders and and 3-7 working days Singapore respectively.

 

Can I check my shipment after my order?

Yes, you will receive an E-mail notification with tracking number once we shipped out your order.

How do I get notify if there is a problem with my order?

All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is updated and active.

 

What should I do if I missed the delivery?

Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don’t worry, our delivery provider will leave you a Delivery Tag or give you a call. You can request to schedule  re-delivery or you can pick-up  at the delivery outlet as per given at the Delivery Tag.

 

What should I do if I have not received my item?

All orders are only processed from Monday to Friday. If you place your order during weekend,  it will be processed on Tuesday onwards.  Don’t forget to allow 2-3 business days for order processing, too! If you still think your order is missing in action, send us an email or contact us via Enquiry Form

 

What I Should Do If I Receive Defect Item?

Please check our Refund Policy if you receive defect item or wrong item delivered. If your return meets all the requirements, please take photo and email to us. Our Customer Service will assist you on this.
