At KATZe, we provide FREE West Malaysia delivery on order over RM300 & East Makaysia for order RM500 & above.
All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days after payment verification via Local Registered Postage.

How many days for an items to reach me?

1 – 5 working days for Malaysia and and 3-7 working days Singapore respectively.

 

Can I check my shipment after my order?

Yes, after we ship out your order,you will Receive a Notification on  E-mail you can track your shipment with a tracking number and Click here  to track your item(s).

 

How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?

All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.

 

How about if your delivery man deliver on the time when you are out?

Delivery man will put a Tag on your Gate Or contact you, you can call to delivery company or communicate with delivery man and they will arrange to come again on your time or you can pick-up your self at the delivery company outlet .

 

Who should I contact to if I not received my item?

All orders are processed Monday through Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Don’t forget to allow 2-3 business days for order processing, too! If you still think your order is missing in action, send us an email or contact us with our Enquiry Form

 

What I Should Do If I Receive My Item On Broken?

If you found that the item is broken or wrong item delivered. Before returning an item, please check our Refund Policy to make sure your item is eligible for return. If your return meets all the requirements, please take photo and email to us. Our Customer Service will help you.
